Finance: The company has a strong and carefully networked Finance Division, which handles the legal center, treasury, tax control systems and management information support. Additionally, every profit center has its own dedicated finance cell.

 

IT: In RAL , knowledge and technology are key resources which have helped the Company achieve higher levels of excellence and efficiency. Towards this overall goal of technology-driven performance, RAL is utilizing Information Technology in a big way. This will help in integrating a vast distribution system (ERP) spread all over India . It will also cut down costs and increase efficiancy.

 

Human Resources: The Human Resources Division, which expends its energies in formulating and building strategies to create a stable and high-talent organization, is of seminal importance.
