Finance:
The company has a strong and carefully networked Finance Division, which handles the legal center, treasury, tax control systems and management information support. Additionally, every profit center has its own dedicated finance cell.

 

IT:
Knowledge and technology are the key resources which have enabled the Company achieve its goal of undisputed excellence and efficiency.

Towards the overall goal of technology-driven performance, RAL is utilizing Information Technology in a big way. This will not only help integrate a vast distribution system (ERP) spread all over India, but also cut down costs and increase efficiency.

 

Human Resources:
The Human Resources Division, which expends its energies in formulating and building strategies to create a stable and high-talent organization, is of seminal importance.

 

Marketing :
The Marketing Division plays a primary role in managing communication and relationships with prospective and existing customers. It manages RAL’s major advertising and promotional activities.
