At Radiohms Agency Limited (RAL) we have put a very scientific recruiting process in place. Our HR department goes into overdrive in trying to get the best possible talent for the job. It does not stop there. We take it forward at every step to keep the dialogue open.

For this we have a 5-tier system in place.

	The Application Form is our first introduction to a probable candidate. It gives us the basic information which we save for ready reference during an interview session.

	For Managers we have set up a questionnaire which profiles the managers and their answers to it give us pointers to assess their values and expectations.

	The Career Test is an Aptitude Test which is specific for those seeking a more senior position.

	When selected for an interview, the candidate undergoes a series of face-to-face interviews, first with the HR department and then with the immediate boss. If he/she is selected, he/she meets the company head for the final decision.

	After the final selection, we conduct reference checks from two persons, known to the candidate, before the induction, the formalization of compensatory package and medical check up.

	Once the recruitment is over, we do not stop there. Our Training & Development Programs are held at the induction stage and later annually to upgrade both, core and soft skills. Our employees are given opportunities to refresh their skills, re-orient themselves, if need be, towards responding to new job descriptions. Most importantly, they get this exposure to constantly reinvent themselves and stay ahead of competition.
