Can you elaborate on the RAL selection process? |

RAL first takes a look at your CV, following which it does a short-listing. Based on this list, a preliminary interview is conducted where further screening takes place. If you are selected, you would then be invited for a final interview which would finally decide whether you are selected or not. |
