Shri R.P. Khaitan : Chairman

A renowned industrialist, Sh. Rajendra Prasad Khaitan,, is the Founder of Radiohms Agencies Limited (RAL). Born on 20th January1948, he is a B.Com Honors from St. Xavier’s, Kolkata, has more than 45 years experience in trading, manufacturing, sales and marketing, His illustrious career includes exemplary contribution to a string of well known companies.

It is noteworthy that Sh Khaitan was bestowed with the coveted Electronics Man of the Year 2002 award from The Consumer Electronics & TV Manufacturers Association (CETMA) on 24th October, 2002 for his spirit of enterprise and endeavor. He has served as President of CETMA for eight years.

A futuristic thinker, Sh. Khaitan embarked on his journey of building an electronic conglomerate at the tender age of 15, when he was a retailer of electronics components in Kolkatta. However, the entrepreneur in him grew from strength to strength as promoter at Salora International Ltd. (SIL), and he graduated from manufacturing black and white TV sets to producing colour televisions in 1982. Company also manufactured vital TV components like Fly Back Transformer, Deflection Yoke in collaboration with Matsushita Japan 1986. He brought in the company's Technical Collaboration with Panasonic Japan for putting up highly automated manufacturing facilities for Colour Televisions under brand name “PANASONIC”. During his tenure of 27 years as Director, of which 20 years were as Vice Chairman & Managing Director, the company reached an annual turnover of about Rs 900 crore by the year ended 31st March 2007.

Apart from manufacturing in Electronics Sh. Khaitan as entrepreneur was deeply interested & remained involved in the distribution of Nippo Batteries & Torches for last 35 years in Northern & Eastern part of India. To expand the distribution on PAN INDIA, his Company RAL became the distributor of Nuby brand of baby care products from Luv & Care, USA, for SAARC countries. RAL also undertook the distribution of shaving razors for SAARC countries, from American Safety Razor Co.USA under his own brand GLIDE He also floated another Co. Glide International Pvt Ltd for assembling and packaging of shaving razors at Excise Exempted Zone at, Rishikesh.

He grasped the business potential in education, and started the Manya Educational Private Limited, in collaboration with The Princeton Review, USA. It is India's largest study abroad company.

Additionally, he is a dedicated social worker and is devoted to the cause of spreading education among the under privileged in our society. To this end, he contributes to educational bodies such as Samarth Shikhsa Samiti, Friends of Tribal Society and Ekal Vidyalay Foundation. Sh. Khaitan is also a philanthropist and trustee of the Ramakrishna Mission, Delhi Centre and a member of the Managing Committee, Chinmaya Mission.

Mrs. Sarla Khaitan : Director, Non-Executive

Nidhi Modi Khaitan : Director, Executive

Nidhi is a double major in Business and Computer Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, Bloomington. She launched her career Education sector in 2002 by co-founding Manya Education a partnership firm which was converted to Pvt. Ltd. Co in 2006, Manya Education Pvt Ltd ( MEPL) is engaged in education services for assisting students who wants to go abroad for higher education. MEPL is having collaboration with Princeton Review USA & is RAL group Co. Manya boasts of training over 20,000 students per year and is considered the leading player in its field in India.

As executive Director of Radiohms Agencies Ltd she is heading the Strategic planning for the group. She handles the, Human resource management, Marketing and the Companies distributions of Baby Care & Shaving Razors directly.

Aradhana Khaitan Mahna : Director, Executive

Aradhana graduated from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Her incursion into the corporate world began with an Analyst's role at Accenture, New Delhi. Currently, she plays an advisory role at RAL and contributes her knowledge and experience as a Consultant. Aradhana undertakes various interactions on the formulation of new business initiatives and strategies with industries as diverse as automation, commodities and education.

Mr. R.K. Singh : Director

Armed with a Bachelor's degree from the Bhagalpur College of Engineering, R.K. Singh began his career as an Assistant Professor at Bhagalpur College of Engineering. Later, he joined the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) as a scientist and played a major role in developing their first digital computing system, the TDC-12. His illustrious career spans premier managerial capacities at Electronics Corporate of India Limited as Director in the Department of Electronics, Government of India, and as Managing Director of UP Electronics Corporation Limited and UPTRON India Limited. R.K. Singh made his foray into the corporate sector in 1996 as a part of business development for Salora International Limited.

Mr. Kartik Raina: Director

Kartik holds an MBA degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Sales & Marketing he is an alumnus of Guardian Business Services, U.K. and Beecham Sales Training Academy, has a wide experience of more than 35 years in Sales and Marketing. During his successful stint, he has worked with various prestigious organizations at reputed positions. Namely, as CEO of Dalmia Consumer Care (Chabaaza), Managing Director, Dr. Morepen and Unilever Bestfoods for Sri Lanka and Maldives, Director, Sales & Marketing for West African Operations of the Nigerian Hoechst company. He also headed the Consumer Division for Fareast Mercantile Company, Nigeria and in his capacity as CEO of Dabur Foods he was at the helm of the successful launch of the Real Fruit Juice product at the national level. Additionally, he was sole in charge of their entire Sales & Marketing activities as their GM, Sales & Marketing.

He also served Glaxo SmithKline & Proctor & Gamble.

Mr. Pankaj Bharghav: Director

Pankaj completed his Bachelor of Technology from IIT Mumbai in 1987 and the Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Kolkata in 1991, where he received the Bengal Chamber of Commerce Gold Medal for excellence in Personnel Management.

He worked in HCL Technologies in Sales prior to his MBA. Post his MBA, he worked with Marico for 16 years in various roles in HR of which his last 3 years were as Chief of Human Resources. Presently he runs his own firm People Builders that offers consulting services in the field of HR & Organization Development.
